Guests must wear proper swimming costumes or clothes made of Lycra or Nylon, Swimming pool timings: 07:00 AM till 8:00 PM.

Drinking & Smoking is prohibited in and around swimming pool.

The room heater charges are INR 1000 per room per night.

Early check-in charge: INR 500 (b/w 10:00 AM & 12 Noon), INR 1,000 (b/w 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM) INR 1,500 (b/w 6:00 AM & 8:00 PM) & so on.

Music in lawn/outside strictly not allowed after 10:00 PM (Forest Dept. order)

Full payment to be cleared prior to Check-in. Check-In shall be provided only if no payment is due.

30% of the package will be charged, if cancellations are done 15 days & above, from the date of arrival.

50% of the package will be charged, if cancellations are done during 7 to 15 days, from the date of arrival.

100% retention, if cancellations are done during 0-7 days, from date of arrival and for no-shows.

Non refundable if any booking is done for Marriages, Wedding anniversay, School Groups and Corporate Groups.
